6th DSOG Conference 2026
The 6th DSOG Conference 2026, organized by the Dhanbad Society of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, was successfully held on 16th & 17th May 2026 at Grand Mirage (Radisson Individuals), Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Centered around the theme “Swastha Naari Sashakt Samaaj – Healing Women, Strengthening Communities,” the conference brought together leading obstetricians, gynaecologists, and healthcare professionals from across the region for two days of intensive academic engagement and collaboration.
The conference commenced with a focused workshop on Postpartum Hemorrhage (PPH) titled “PPH Management: Anatomy to Action,” which included expert lectures, role plays, and skill-based stations. The sessions emphasized real-time clinical decision-making, emergency response protocols, and hands-on learning to improve maternal outcomes.
Across both days, the scientific program featured a wide range of academic sessions, keynote addresses, panel discussions, and orations covering critical areas such as infertility management, pregnancy care, gynecological oncology, endometriosis, contraception, and emerging clinical practices. Notable highlights included discussions on legal aspects in obstetrics, advancements in diagnostic and surgical approaches, and evolving trends in women’s healthcare.
The conference concluded with meaningful knowledge exchange, networking, and collaborative discussions, reinforcing DSOG’s commitment to advancing women’s health through continuous learning and professional excellence. The event served as a significant platform for strengthening clinical practice and fostering a shared vision for better healthcare outcomes for women.
